This Research Use Only Policy (“RUO Policy”) governs every product offered by Gotham City Holdings LLC, doing business as Gotham Compounds (“Gotham,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Research-Use Limitation

Gotham products are supplied exclusively for lawful, non-clinical laboratory, analytical, and scientific research. They are not for human consumption, animal administration, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, preventive use, compounding, or any other clinical use.

Products are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, or household products. Website content, labels, certificates of analysis, test results, and support communications do not provide medical advice and do not establish clinical safety, effectiveness, sterility, dosage, or suitability for human or animal use.

2. Purchaser Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and must purchase only for a legitimate, lawful, non-clinical research purpose.

Gotham may require evidence sufficient to verify:

• Your identity and contact information;

• The organization, business, institution, or independent research setting you represent;

• Your authority to place the order;

• The research purpose and requested quantities;

• Relevant experience, training, authorization, facilities, storage, handling, and recordkeeping; and

• Controls against diversion, resale, transfer, or prohibited use.

Completing registration or an attestation does not guarantee product eligibility or order acceptance. Gotham may request additional information, limit quantities, hold an order, or reject an order when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, unlawful, or indicates prohibited use or diversion risk.

3. Geographic and Product Eligibility

Gotham accepts orders only for delivery within the United States. We do not accept international or export orders and do not deliver to freight forwarders or reshippers.

Products may be restricted by jurisdiction, purchaser type, intended purpose, quantity, documentation, lot, or other compliance factors. A product shown on the website is not necessarily available to every purchaser or destination.

Gotham will enable or accept only orders that pass its then-current legal and compliance review.

4. Required Representations

By requesting access or submitting an order, you represent that:

• All information you provide is complete, accurate, and current;

• You are purchasing solely for lawful, non-clinical research;

• No product will be used in or on a human or animal;

• No product will be used for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, veterinary care, compounding, or clinical decision-making;

• You will follow applicable law, product documentation, safety information, storage instructions, and facility procedures;

• You will maintain secure custody and prevent unauthorized access, diversion, or misuse;

• You will not relabel, advertise, promote, or represent a product for human or animal use;

• You will not resell, redistribute, transfer, drop-ship, or otherwise supply a product, except for a return expressly authorized by Gotham under the Returns & Refunds Policy and completed under Gotham’s product-specific written instructions; and

• You will notify Gotham promptly if eligibility information changes or if you suspect loss, diversion, misuse, or a material safety issue.

5. Handling and Storage

You are responsible for using qualified personnel, facilities, protective equipment, storage, security, and waste-disposition procedures appropriate to the specific material and research activity.

Follow the exact product label, lot documentation, safety information, and written storage or handling instructions supplied for the product.

Do not assume that one product’s storage, temperature, stability, hazard, purity, or handling information applies to another product or lot.

Do not use a product that appears damaged, leaking, contaminated, mislabeled, altered, temperature-compromised, or mismatched to its lot documentation. Quarantine it and contact support@gothamcompounds.com for written instructions.

6. Certificates of Analysis and Testing

A certificate of analysis applies only to the identified lot, sample, analyte, method, and result.

It does not establish clinical safety, effectiveness, sterility, suitability for human or animal use, or government approval.

You are responsible for determining whether the available documentation and testing are adequate for your lawful research purpose.

7. Order Attestations and Records

Gotham requires a fresh affirmative RUO attestation for each order and retains a versioned record of the wording presented, acceptance state, date and time, account, purchaser, organization, order contents,
