This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed with Gotham City Holdings LLC, doing business as Gotham Compounds (“Gotham,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Service and must be read with our Research Use Only Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Gotham accepts orders only for delivery within the United States.
We do not ship internationally, export products, or deliver to freight forwarders or reshippers.
Available destinations and address types are shown at checkout. If checkout does not accept a destination or address type, an order cannot be submitted for that address.
Product availability may also vary by jurisdiction, purchaser type, intended purpose, quantity, and documentation.
You must provide a complete, accurate, secure, and authorized delivery address.
Gotham may hold or reject an address that cannot be verified or that creates a compliance, loss, fraud, or diversion risk.
Submitting an order does not mean Gotham has accepted it.
Orders may be held while we verify the purchaser, research purpose, attestations, payment, product eligibility, destination, inventory, lot documentation, and other compliance information.
Gotham accepts an order when the approved product ships and Gotham sends a shipment confirmation.
This contract-formation rule does not extend any shipment, delay-notice, cancellation, or refund deadline imposed by applicable law.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Any processing or shipping estimate displayed at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate unless Gotham expressly guarantees it in writing.
Available carriers, service levels, estimated transit times, shipping charges, expedited-service charges, free-shipping offers if any, and signature requirements will be displayed at checkout before order submission.
Gotham will have a reasonable basis for any shipment-time representation.
If we cannot ship within the advertised time—or within 30 days when no time was stated—we will provide the delay notice, consent option, customer cancellation election, and prompt refund required by applicable law.
Gotham will record any legally protected customer election and effectuate the cancellation and required refund on its side.
Packaging, temperature controls, storage instructions, and handling requirements are product- and lot-specific.
Follow the exact label, product documentation, safety information, and written instructions supplied with the order.
Do not assume that a cold pack, insulation, expedited method, or temperature statement for one product applies to another.
Delivery packaging is not a representation that a product is sterile, injectable, clinically suitable, or approved for human or animal use.
Contact support@gothamcompounds.com immediately if an address is incorrect.
An address change is not effective unless Gotham confirms it before shipment.
We may require reverification, place the order on hold, cancel it, or decline an intercept.
Gotham will tell you the available resolution for an incorrect, refused, undeliverable, or unauthorized address after reviewing the order, carrier status, and applicable law.
Gotham will not reship a restricted product until purchaser, destination, product eligibility, and Research Use Only status are reverified.
When available, Gotham will send tracking information to the verified account contact.
Title and risk of loss are determined by applicable law and the facts of the shipment.
A carrier scan is evidence of delivery but is not conclusive where credible evidence shows non-delivery, damage, or mismatch.
Inspect the package promptly and preserve the packaging, labels, lot information, and documentation if there is a problem.
Report a missing, damaged, leaking, compromised, incorrect, or lot/COA-mismatched shipment to support@gothamcompounds.com promptly after discovery.
A delay in reporting does not eliminate a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit, including a latent issue that could not reasonably have been discovered earlier.
Include the following when reporting an issue:
Order number;
Product and lot number;
Delivery date;
Description of the issue; and
Reasonably available photographs of the outer package, inner packaging, product label, damage, and shipping label.
Do not use a product that appears damaged, leaking, altered, contaminated, mislabeled, temperature-compromised, or mismatched to its released lot documentation.
Quarantine it pending written instructions.
If a parcel is leaking, emitting vapor or odor, visibly contaminated, or presents an immediate hazard, do not open, repackage, transport, or mail it.
Move away, prevent access if safely possible, follow applicable label or safety-document emergency instructions, and contact appropriate local emergency or hazardous-material authorities.
Contact Gotham when it is safe to do so.
Depending on the verified facts and applicable law, Gotham may investigate, file a carrier claim, replace an eligible item, refund an eligible amount, or provide another lawful remedy.
A carrier claim does not delay or determine a customer remedy required by law.
Customers do not have a general discretionary right to cancel an order.
Where applicable law gives a customer a cancellation election, Gotham will record the election and effectuate the cancellation and required refund on its side.
Gotham may also cancel an order, and we will honor any cancellation, delay-notice, refund, or other right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
Physical returns, replacements, refunds, and product disposition are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.
