Send one Gotham launch-date email only after a separate explicit double opt-in. This consent does not authorize a welcome series, recurring marketing, newsletter, or cross-brand subscription;
Comply with law, lawful process, and regulatory obligations;
Protect the rights, safety, property, and integrity of Gotham, our users, and others; and
Carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected, with consent where required.

At launch, Gotham will not use third-party advertising trackers or use personal information for targeted advertising.
Gotham does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals as a separate control.

Gotham does not permit them to use that information for targeted advertising at launch.

Because Gotham does not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising at launch, there may be no covered activity to opt out of.
We will update this Policy and provide any required opt-out method before beginning such activity.
The Services are intended for adults age 21 or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Services from anyone under 18.
If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the Services, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services.
Those third parties have independent privacy practices that are governed by their own privacy policies.
Gotham remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on our selection and oversight of service providers.
