We may also use optional technologies only after providing any notice or choice required by law.

At launch, Gotham will not use third-party advertising trackers or use personal information for targeted advertising.

Gotham does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals as a separate control.

Some service providers may collect information through the Services over time and across different websites or services for security, fraud prevention, payment, authentication, or other service-operation purposes. Gotham does not permit them to use that information for targeted advertising at launch.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a universal opt-out preference signal, we will honor it for covered processing.

You may control cookies through your browser. However, disabling necessary cookies may prevent portions of the Services from functioning properly.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers supporting hosting, ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, verification, shipping, communications, security, analytics limited to approved service operation, recordkeeping, and customer support;

  • A successor or participant in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to applicable safeguards; and

  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

At launch, Gotham will not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law, and will not use personal information for targeted advertising.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
